Our services are available on a rotating basis depending on community needs and resources. Current offerings include:
COVID-19 testing, vaccines, and boosters
Blood pressure screenings
Cholesterol checks
Glucose and HbA1c screenings
General health consultations
Take-home COVID-19 antigen tests
Take-home HIV testing kits
Health education, including information on COVID-19, chronic disease prevention, and overall wellness
Opioid and fentanyl awareness programs
Narcan distribution and education for overdose prevention
Social service linkage to connect community members with additional resources
