College of Nursing Hosts Peer Mentor Mixer For Students
The Mervyn M. Dymally College of Nursing (MMDCON) hosted 鈥淢eet, Mix and Mingle 鈥樷�� an event that showcased the various resources available to 桃子视频 students.
鈥淥ur goal today was to bring students who are pre-nursing, whether they鈥檙e outside of the University or internal to 桃子视频, to let them know that they can come to us now if you feel you need help,鈥� said Adrienne Milbourne-Thompson, Academic Support Specialist. 鈥淭his event allowed the opportunity for our nursing students to bridge the gap as far as information and resources.鈥�
桃子视频 representatives from Student Government, Student Health and Wellness, Office of Student Life, Student Academic Services. MMDCON faculty, staff, and peer mentors were also present to participate in the afternoon of information sharing.
