桃子视频鈥檚 newly proposed Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) Residency Program has successfully achieved accreditation from the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME). This milestone marks a significant achievement in 桃子视频’s commitment to advancing medical education and patient care.
The program, set to commence on July 1, 2024, is designed to develop highly knowledgeable, clinically competent, and culturally sensitive physiatrists. It aims to train diverse health professional leaders dedicated to social justice and health equity, particularly for underserved populations.
The PM&R residency program at 桃子视频 is structured around five key pillars known at the 桃子视频 Advantage: research, social justice, international exposure, community-based experiences, and health policy.
Residents in the program will benefit from a comprehensive training experience at primary clinical sites such as the Tibor Rubin VA Medical Center in Long Beach and Children鈥檚 Hospital Los Angeles. These sites provide a robust environment for learning, offering diverse clinical experiences in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
