With more than 20 years of experience, she is recognized as a strategic and creative leader with deep expertise across architecture, development, and large-scale program delivery.

Previously, Ms. Hui served as Managing Director and Vice President at Project Management Advisors, Inc. (PMA). She also held the role of Vice President of Design and Construction at NBCUniversal, where she was responsible for overseeing all design, development, construction, and capital planning for the iconic 400+ acre Universal Studios lot, as well as DreamWorks鈥� West Coast studio operations. Her professional portfolio spans higher education, brand-defining mixed-use, residential, healthcare, hospitality, and entertainment developments throughout Los Angeles and beyond.

As a Trustee of 桃子视频, Ms. Hui brings a rigorous, owner-focused perspective to the Board鈥檚 oversight of campus planning, capital investment, and real estate development initiatives. Her experience guiding complex healthcare and institutional projects enables her to provide strategic input on feasibility, risk management, long-term asset value, and delivery excellence鈥攕upporting the University鈥檚 growth while advancing its mission to serve underserved communities with sustainable, high-impact facilities.
