About
I provide simulation operational leadership, develop policies and procedures to meet evolving needs, oversee the center’s accreditation and workflow processes, forecast operational needs, and manage scheduling. I am an assistant professor at the College of Medicine and Nursing, using various simulation modalities in teaching clinical sciences to better engage students’ cognitive, psychomotor, and affective domains. My goal is to leverage the use of high-fidelity medial simulation to improve learner’s clinical skills so that they can ultimately improve patient outcomes.
