Dr. Dionne Henderson is a healthcare leader, seasoned clinician, and visionary with over two decades of experience across acute, sub-acute, and outpatient healthcare settings. As a Senior Physician Associate-Certified with a Doctor of Medical Science (DMSc) focusing in Psychiatry, an MBA, and a Bachelor’s degree in Health Science and Public Administration-Community Health, Dr. Henderson brings a unique blend of clinical expertise, operational acumen, and strategic foresight to every facet of her work.

Dr. Henderson has led innovative healthcare initiatives that enhance care management, geriatric services, and integrated care solutions. Her leadership is rooted in a patient-centered approach, with a strong focus on addressing healthcare disparities, advancing health equity, and improving care delivery for diverse populations. Her entrepreneurial vision drives the development of forward-thinking programs that enhance both clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.

Dr. Henderson’s professional journey includes a successful tenure across public and private sectors, where she has served as a senior clinician and healthcare executive. As a result, she honed her skills in public health strategy, population health management, and program development, pioneering innovative methods that emphasized health equity and culturally competent care. Through collaborative leadership, she helped design and implement programs that improved clinical excellence while ensuring operational efficiency across diverse care environments.
